CutPro100 Series
The CutPro100 Series is available in three configurations: CutPro100DH, CutPro100ZH and CutPro100SH. All three models provide a 3 kW motor, 100 mm maximum cutting capacity, stainless-steel cutting chamber and three cutting modes: pulse, flat push and manual.

Three Cutting Modes
Pulse Cutting
One of the three selectable cutting modes available across the CutPro100 Series.
Flat Push Cutting
Provides an additional cutting mode for different metallographic sample cutting requirements.
Manual Cutting
Allows manual cutting operation when direct operator control is required.
100 mm Cutting Capacity
All three CutPro100 models support a maximum cutting diameter of 100 mm.
Machine Design & Key Features
Electromagnetic Safety Lock
A patented electromagnetic safety lock prevents the machine from starting when the cutting chamber door is not closed. During cutting, the chamber door cannot be opened, helping protect the operator.
Open Side Door of the Cutting Chamber
The side door expands the available working space during operation and makes thorough cleaning of the cutting chamber easier after cutting.
Extended Workpiece Expansion Window
The detachable expansion window makes it easier to insert and secure extended workpieces while helping prevent cutting fluid from splashing out during cutting.
Hidden Water Tank Cabinet
The cooling water tank is positioned inside the cabinet to reduce the machine footprint. The threshold-less reinforced cabinet structure allows access without moving the water tank and helps provide a strong, stable structure.
Extra-Large Transparent Observation Window
The large transparent window allows the operator to observe cutting conditions from multiple angles, identify issues promptly and help maintain cutting quality.
Side-Pull Cutting Chamber Door
The side-pull chamber door is easy to open and close, provides maximum operating space and helps prevent residual cutting fluid on the door from flowing outside.
Open Storage Compartment
The open compartment provides convenient storage for cutting blades, wrenches and other items. Its doorless design makes tools easy to access during operation.
Evocus Special Cutting Disc
The metallographic cutting disc developed by Evocus is designed for improved cutting performance and durability while helping protect the cutting machine motor.
Quick Clamping Jaws
The quick clamping jaws are designed to accurately position and rapidly clamp different metallographic sample materials. The system features a simple structure, fast clamping speed, convenient operation and long service life, helping save preparation time and effort.
Whether cutting large or small workpieces, or simple or complex specimens, the quick clamping jaw can help address tail burrs remaining after cutting.
