Full-scale Rockwell hardness testing with 30 Rockwell hardness scales, covering ordinary Rockwell and superficial Rockwell testing.
Automatic loading, holding and unloading of test force with intelligent testing, data analysis and connectivity functions.

The RocknixDual series provides 15 ordinary Rockwell hardness scales and 15 superficial Rockwell hardness scales, supporting a broad range of hardness testing requirements.
The range includes two configurations:
Large touch-screen interface for operation, testing and result display.
Supports wireless test-data transfer and connection to a compatible Bluetooth printer.
Ethernet connectivity supports network and cloud-based hardness data applications.
Provides an additional interface for data communication.
Integrated USB connectivity for convenient data handling.
Supports a built-in printer and an optional Bluetooth wireless printer.
With one-click start, the workbench automatically rises to the appropriate position and begins testing. After completion, the workbench automatically drops by a preset customizable distance for quick point changes.
Supports hand-wheel lifting and electric lifting. The hand wheel directly raises or lowers the worktable, while electric lifting is controlled using the adjustment knob.
The side control knob provides stepless manual control of workbench movement. A greater knob rotation angle increases the lifting speed.
Upper and lower hardness limits can be defined according to workpiece requirements. Test results can then indicate whether the measured hardness is qualified or outside the specified range.
If a test workpiece is absent or the start control is activated accidentally, empty loading will time out and automatically stop to help protect the equipment.
During manual operation, a progress bar appears when the workpiece contacts the indenter, helping the operator avoid errors caused by excessively raising the workpiece.
Built-in national, European and American hardness conversion standards allow the required standard and scale to be selected, with converted hardness values displayed together with test results.
Real-time analysis includes the number of tests, highest value, lowest value, average value and standard deviation for a group of measurements.
Multi-point test curves are displayed in real time. Hardness limits can be set to make out-of-range points easier to identify.
The hardness tester can connect to a cloud server through Ethernet for remote sharing of hardness test data, historical data tracing and process monitoring.
Test data can be transferred to a mobile phone through Bluetooth or to a computer through a network cable, either by individual test point or test group.
Test results can be printed through the built-in printer or Bluetooth printer, or transferred to a computer for printing.
