Digital Micro Vickers hardness tester featuring a brand-new operating system and interconnection functions for convenient hardness testing and data handling.

Micronix1000 combines Micro Vickers hardness testing with convenient operator functions, connectivity and test-data management.
The machine measures approximately 525 × 330 × 620 mm. ZOOTOS (Korea) hardness measurement software can be used, and the system supports an upgradable automatic workbench when automatic test software is provided.

The hardness tester has a built-in Bluetooth module, which can connect to a computer or mobile phone via Bluetooth to export data.
Test data can be printed through the built-in printer or through a Bluetooth printer connected to the tester's built-in Bluetooth module.
The system provides national, European and American hardness conversion standards. Once selected, conversion results and test results are displayed at the same time. Tensile-strength conversion can be selected within the national standard.
Network, USB and RS-232 interfaces support test-data transmission and export. An automatic-workbench interface also allows the tester to be upgraded later to an automatic Vickers hardness tester.
The system stores 500 sets of test data, with the newest test point displayed first. Each set includes average value, test force and test date.
Six correction options cover concave and convex cylindrical surfaces at two diagonal orientations, plus concave and convex spherical surfaces. For non-planar surfaces, select the corresponding correction and enter the diameter for automatic correction.
A Vickers hardness qualification range can be set. Results outside the selected hardness range are displayed in red to indicate an unqualified result.
Upload format can be ASCII character or protocol-value format. Data can be uploaded by individual point or by group, with detailed or simplified information.
Connect to a computer or mobile phone for data export, or connect to a Bluetooth printer for test-data printing.
Connect the hardness tester to a LAN and transmit test data to a computer within the network.
Insert a USB drive to export test-database data. The export format is Excel.
Connect the tester to a computer through RS-232 to export test data.
The automatic-workbench interface allows Micronix1000 to be upgraded later to an automatic Vickers hardness tester. An automatic workbench can be connected to the interface and operated using automatic Vickers software.
ZOOTOS (Korea) Hardness Measurement Software can be used with the tester.
The system provides six hardness-correction options for non-planar test surfaces:
Two correction configurations: diagonal parallel to the cylinder axis, or diagonal at 45° to the cylinder axis.
Two correction configurations: diagonal parallel to the cylinder axis, or diagonal at 45° to the cylinder axis.
Correction is available for concave spherical test surfaces.
Correction is available for convex spherical test surfaces.
