Automatic Metallographic Grinding & Polishing
PressDrive supports automatic specimen preparation with both center-force and single-point-force pressurization. Between one and six samples can be prepared at the same time.

Working Position Range Indicator
An indicator light confirms when the grinding and polishing head has entered its working range.
Manual & Automatic Together
PressDriveDual can perform automatic preparation while manual grinding/polishing is carried out on the other independently controlled disc.
Online Dripper Integration
Multiple drippers can be programmed with the machine, including working status, quick discharge and dripping-speed parameters.
0–150 rpm Power Head
Head speed can be set from 0 to 150 rpm; pressure mode and pressure value can also be configured at 0 rpm.
Two Pressurization Methods
Center force or single-point force can be selected, with 1 to 6 samples prepared simultaneously.
Program Encryption Library
Content notes and hierarchical encryption settings help protect programmed preparation methods.
Electric Lifting Head
Electric lifting and lowering controls the holder-to-disc distance and improves operating quality.
Intelligent Touchscreen Control
The 8-inch color touchscreen supports 12 languages and can store 256 sample-preparation programs. Programs can be imported or exported by USB. When human error occurs, the system displays a fault-reason code to assist correction.

Two Pressurization Methods
There are two pressurization methods, center force and single-point force, which can be selected according to sample-preparation requirements. From 1 to 6 samples can be prepared at the same time.
Program Encryption Library
Content notes and hierarchical encryption settings can be applied to programmed methods to help prevent program loss caused by improper operation.

The touch screen displays more information and functions, providing a richer visual interface and interactive operating experience.
Grinding & Polishing Machine Status Indicator Light
Blue light indicates working status, white light indicates standby, and red light indicates failure.
Telescopic Faucet
The retractable faucet makes it easier to clean dirt remaining in the sink after polishing, helping extend the usable life of the machine.
Two-Hand Control Buttons
Two-hand control is designed to reduce safety risks that can arise when the other hand is free during one-hand operation.
Adjustable Height Holder
According to the sample height, the distance between the grinding/polishing disc and the holder can be adjusted to help avoid eccentric grinding.
Electric Lifting Grinding & Polishing Head
Electric lifting and lowering of the grinding and polishing head improves operating quality, avoids falling caused by insufficient air pressure, and controls the distance between the holder and the grinding/polishing disc.
